Join us for a devotional community study exploring the profound wisdom of the Mahavidyas — the Ten Wisdom Goddesses of the Tantric tradition — through the lens of "Tantric Yoga and the Wisdom Goddesses" by Dr. David Frawley (Vamadeva Shastri). Together, we will explore the symbolic, psychological, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of Shakti, the Divine Feminine, as revealed through the Mahavidya tradition, including: Kali — transformation, liberation, ego dissolution Tara — compassion, guidance, protection Tripura Sundari — beauty, harmony, divine consciousness Bhuvaneshwari — spaciousness, embodiment, cosmic intelligence and the deeper tantric teachings woven throughout the Mahavidya path. This space is intended for sincere seekers interested in: • Tantra & Yogic philosophy • The Divine Feminine • Kundalini & subtle body understanding • Shadow work & inner transformation • Sacred symbolism, mantra, and spiritual psychology through the lens of Shakti Each gathering may include: • Group discussion & reflection • Selected readings • Yogic / tantric philosophy • Meditation or mantra • Journaling & contemplative inquiry We will meet live weekly over Zoom at the same scheduled time each week. Upon signup, your Zoom link will automatically be emailed to you. All live meetings are recorded and uploaded to the Art of Shakti website. To access recordings, course updates, and study details, simply click “Mahavidya Book Study” in the top menu. If you cannot attend live, you are still warmly welcome to read alongside the group at our shared pace and engage through our WhatsApp community space between sessions. We will generally explore approximately one chapter per week, moving slowly and intentionally through the text while allowing space for reflection and integration. A digital PDF version of the text will be made available upon registration. Those who feel called to work with a physical copy are welcome to purchase one independently. This study is offered through a sacred exchange model to help keep the teachings accessible while supporting the preparation, recordings, and stewardship involved in holding this container. Please offer what feels sincere, sustainable, and aligned with your current circumstances. No prior experience is required — only openness, sincerity, and reverence for the teachings.
