Destroy to Create

Destruction of Society - Shiva's role is to destroy the universe in order to re-create it.
All that does not serve the greater good must first be demolished to make room for divine fulfilment - within society, but first within ourselves.
That is why we do not shy away from death. We embrace the pain from released attachments. It is not easy, in-fact it is the most difficult thing to do... as humans nature is to be a creature of habit and go with least resistance. Yet, this is what will lead to liberation from all self-created suffering of the mind.
