Through various practices we will address all levels of being - physical, mental, energetic, and emotional. We will also address the necessary lifestyle to honor your energy and maximize benefits of your practice, slowly building up to an ideal yogic way of life, to feel light - free from all past bondages and attachments. The focus of sessions is always individualized for the client, based on their intentions for growth. However, some of the many components we focus on building into your daily routine are: Kriya Yoga, Bhakti Yoga (mantra devotional worship), Jnana Yoga (self inquiry), Raja Yoga (Meditation / process of and achievement of control over mind and emotions), a Sattvic Diet, Yoga Nidra / mastery over sleep. It is very challenging to outgrow old maladaptive ways of living, even when you have a strong conscious desire to do so. That is because the subconscious, deeply embedded habit patterns in the mind still remain unchanged. We utilize the powerful Yogic science and its techniques to shed past conditioned ways of living and reclaim agency over your life. The most common format of Yogic Coaching is: we meet weekly, and will have a shared google document where there will be notes on our session. There we will have assigned practices and goals. Each week will address a new goal to incorporate into your daily life. I will check in sporadically via text or email to see how you are doing with your goals.
