Service Description

This Monthly online support group offers a safe, compassionate space for people experiencing Kundalini awakening or other forms of spiritual awakening. Whether you’re noticing energetic movements, emotional processing, shifts in perception, or feeling disoriented by sudden inner change, you are not alone. Meeting online allows us to connect across distances while maintaining a sense of safety, privacy, and accessibility. This group is peer-based and supportive, focused on sharing lived experience, grounding practices, and integration into daily life—rather than teaching, diagnosis, or spiritual authority. We honor both the mystical and the practical, supporting nervous system regulation, embodiment, and emotional well-being alongside spiritual insight. Group Guidelines To keep this space safe and supportive for everyone, we ask all participants to agree to the following: • Confidentiality — What is shared in the group stays in the group. • Non-judgment — All experiences are valid. We listen without dismissing, diagnosing, or debating others’ realities. • No fixing or advising unless invited — Share from your own experience using “I” statements. • No hierarchy or spiritual authority — No one here is above or below anyone else. • Grounded sharing — Please avoid graphic or triggering descriptions of intense physical or psychological experiences. • Respect boundaries — You may share or stay silent. Participation is always optional. • No soliciting services. • This is not therapy or medical care — The group does not replace professional mental health or medical support.
